Refund policy
At Tichaw, each pajama is carefully crafted to offer comfort, softness, and safety for your baby. Because these are garments for toddlers, we adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure impeccable products for all our customers.
Items purchased during a promotion or special event (e.g., Black Friday, surprise boxes, clearance sales, etc.) are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If your return meets the conditions below, Tichaw will issue an electronic credit applicable to the online store, equal to the order amount (including taxes), less the initial shipping costs. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility Requirements
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- It must be in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Return Procedure
Email retour@tichaw.ca with the following information:
- Your full name,
- Your order number,
- The items to be returned,
- Photos showing that the items are new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, ship your return to the following address, at your own expense and using the carrier of your choice:

Upon receipt and inspection of the package, a store credit will be issued via email.
In the event of a shipping error or a manufacturing defect, Tichaw will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of sending a replacement.
Returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the package. Store credit is valid for 12 months, is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
For hygiene reasons, no items that have been worn, washed, or unpacked without protective packaging can be returned.
