Orders
How do I place an order?
Add the desired items to your cart, then click "PAY". Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is being prepared, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
How can I know if my order has been successfully processed?
You will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier, ranging from 2 to 7 business days within Canada.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery may be offered during specific promotions. Otherwise, delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package in real time.
Do you ship internationally?

What should I do if my package doesn't arrive?
Check your tracking number. If no update appears, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of baby products and for hygiene reasons, returns are limited. See our full policy for exceptions and conditions.
How do I make a return?
Contact our customer service department with your order number. We will guide you according to the applicable conditions.
Will I receive a refund?
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as payments via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other options available at the time of payment.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed via secure platforms that comply with PCI standards.

What are your products made of?
Our clothes are made from GOTS certified organic cotton, soft, safe and kind to baby's skin.
How to choose the right size?
Consult our size guide for each product. We include recommendations based on your baby's measurements.
Are the colours and patterns true to the photos?
We do our best to display the actual colors. A slight variation may occur depending on the screen used.
What should I do if I receive a defective product?
Contact us immediately with a photo of the product. We will take care of providing you with a quick solution.
Clothing care
How do I wash my Tichaw products?
Machine wash in cold water. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean. Cool iron only.
Account and newsletter
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can order as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and save your preferences.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
Simply enter your email address in the space provided at the bottom of the page or in the registration pop-up.
What will I receive by signing up?
Exclusive new products, the first announcements of our limited collections, and sometimes surprise promotions.
